Sue Larsen

Sue Larsen is the Chief Administrative Officer for Blue Healthcare Bank and provides guidance and leadership in developing and implementing programs for human resources, community outreach and facilities management.

In this role, Ms. Larsen is a strategic partner to senior management and is accountable for all aspects of HR, administers HR policies and procedures, employee benefits including health insurance and 401(K), workplace diversity programs, organizational development and performance management. She develops community outreach programs for the bank that involve the local community, employees and volunteers. She coordinates facility management with building owners and vendors.

Ms Larsen’s experience spans 30 years working for various financial institutions in the HR field. She worked for a large Fortune 500 financial institution for 16 years as the HR Manager directing H.R. activities for more than 1650 employees. In this capacity she has been able to assist management and individuals with creative and strategic business solutions to complicated interpersonal and employee related issues. Ms. Larsen is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM)
