Albert Pino is the Chief Executive Officer for Blue Healthcare Bank and has leadership and management responsibility for the company marketing and sales, technology and operation as well as implementation of services for different independent Blue companies. He brings strong skills and experience in the areas of transformational leadership, strategy development and execution, enabling a high performing culture, alignment of strategic business objectives with technology, and long range planning. In addition, Mr. Pino has a unique real-world business perspective having led a re-engineering initiative as the COO for a technology company within a Fortune 500 financial institution.

Mr. Pino’s experience includes executive level leadership with Fortune 500 companies. He has over 30 years of leadership and management experience in the information technology field with a specialized focus in the financial services industry. As the President and COO of First Security Information Technology, Inc. (FSITI), Mr. Pino transformed the leadership and organization from good to great. Through the use of transformational leadership principles and processes, the company achieved extraordinary results delivering flawless service to its customers. In 1995 FSITI was honored by Information Week and identified among the top 500 technology companies. Mr. Pino’s additional work experience includes Senior Advisor of the Iraqi Ministry of Labor & Social Affairs for the United States in Baghdad, Iraq, senior management of Strategic Planning and Emerging Technology for Wells Fargo Services Company, executive manager of acquisitions for First Security Information Technology and corporate telecommunication manager for First Security Services Company. Mr. Pino has a bachelor of science in computer science from the University of Utah.
