Blue Healthcare Bank offers all the services necessary to support
the healthcare payment and savings needs of Blue customers, including
investment options offered through best-in-class partnerships. Members can invest in a wide variety of funds,
enjoy the convenience of a debit card. Blue Healthcare
Bank offers a toll-free customer service phone line as well as
online account management.
Investment Services
Blue Healthcare Bank offers members access through our
industry-leading partners to a wide range of investment funds, provided
members have a minimum balance of $2500 in their account and make a
minimum initial investment of $500. Members must maintain $2000 in the
account. After members are enrolled in the HSA investment program, they
will be able to choose the funds that suit their investment style.
Customer Service
With a Blue Healthcare Bank HSA, FSA or HRA, account information is
available to members day or night.
Our toll-free customer service line is available at 1-800-663-BLUE,
Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern Time. Members can
speak to a customer service representative directly to get answers
concerning:
- Eligible expenses
- Account balances
- Additional debit cards
- Lost or stolen card
Online Services
Members can access their accounts online at
www.bluehealthcarebank.com/members twenty-four hours a day,
seven days a week. Members can:
- Check current HSA account balances
- Check recent deposits or withdrawals
- View investment balances
- Change investment elections
